As Bülbüloğlu Tourism Group, our hospitality operations began in 1996 in Marmaris, Muğla, one of Turkey’s important and pioneering tourism centers, with an apart-hotel concept under the name Club Cettia Resort. In the following years, with the experience we gained in tourism and the investments we made, we have grown steadily and transformed into a hotel group consisting of various different concepts.

Cettia Hotels, which has made a name for itself with its investments in the tourism sector and has a well-established history in resort hotel management, continues to elevate its service quality to the peak by constantly renewing itself. Continuing this successful journey, it opened the doors of the 5-star Grand Cettia Hotel in Marmaris in 2000, with 190 rooms. The hotel, which always prioritizes customer satisfaction, has won significant awards in the sector and has continued its growth steadily. Serving with a full family hotel concept, Grand Cettia Hotel is setting an example in Marmaris with its responsible service approach, its customer satisfaction-oriented policy, and its principle of working with reliable business partners. In the ongoing process, Bülbüloğlu Tourism Group purchased Art Marmaris Hotel, located on the most beautiful coastline of Marmaris in 2010, and opened its first Adult Beach Hotel with a capacity of 103 rooms, under the name Cettia Beach Resort.

Bülbüloğlu Tourism Group, which is continuously growing and investing in the accommodation and tourism sector, and which has operated under the Resort Tourism model until today, has made a comprehensive entry into city hotel management with a brand new investment in 2024. It has added The Marmara Sisli Hotel, which is part of The Marmara Hotels group that has been operating in the hotel industry for years, to its portfolio in Sisli, one of the most popular centers of Istanbul, a city with a rich history. With its new name and new face, and by adding another link to the chain, it has reached a total of 4 hotels throughout Turkey. The Cettia Istanbul, with its new name, represents a significant step we have taken in city hotel management as part of our group's growth vision. Our 98-room The Cettia Istanbul Hotel is located in Mecidiyekoy Sisli, on the European side of Istanbul, within walking distance of the city's most important attractions, public transport and metro stations. It is a pet-friendly city hotel with private meeting rooms.

We are progressing with confident steps, growing steadily each year by making consistent investments, never deviating from our policy of reliability and sustainability while growing, being employee and customer-friendly, and continuing on our path with an understanding that does not compromise on quality.
